Choosing the right bag size

Choose the size that will work best. & then the correct waste type .

Simply Buy any size bag and we will drop it off for free. Once you're ready, book a pick up with the corresponding waste type. Be sure to check out the details below before you get filling!

Skip Bag Types

Orange Skip Bag - 3m3

The equivalent of 3 standard trailers and loads of up to 600kg

Orange Skip Bag - 2m3

The equivalent of 2 standard trailers and loads of up to 400kg

Orange Skip Bag - 1m3

The equivalent of 1 standard trailer and loads of up to 200kg

*Important - Bags that exceed max weight will be surcharged: $50 per 100kg or part thereof

Filling your bag & waste type rules

Waste Types

Choose out of the two waste types for any of our bags and ensure you follow the guidelines.

Mixed Waste - Pickup

YES

Household and demolition waste, concrete, soil, clay, rocks, rubble, bricks, sand, asphalt, ceramic & roofing tiles, and appliances.

NO

Liquid waste, paint, asbestos, tyres, batteries, poisons, oils, toxic waste, chemicals, medical waste, gas bottles, hazardous waste, flammable material, food waste, and e-waste.

Green Waste - Pickup

YES

Garden waste like leaves, branches, dead flowers, grass cuttings, and other vegetation that can be mulched.

NO

No tree stumps, logs over 300mm diameter, palm trunks over 125mm diameter, or soil.

Booking the bag for Pick Up

Booking a pick up is as simple as picking the day you want it taken away.

We have daily runs from 9-5 and will pick up between these times on the day you choose.

Positioning your Orange skip Bag!

Find a spot that's easy to fill the bag, Just make sure it follows these rules so we can swing by for pickup!

Your Orange Skip Bag must be placed within four (4) metres of the street curb or driveway where our truck can park, and be within your property boundary. The access must be at least 3 meters wide and suitable to support a medium-tip truck.

Make sure there is a clear path to the bag and that there are no obstructions such as powerlines, trees, driveways, or cars.

Our truck requires nine (9) metres of height to safely collect your bin.

You can place the bag over a fence, though it must be within 4 metres from where the truck parks. If lifting over a fence, it is important to stick to the 600kg weight limit. Overweight bags will not be able to lift over a fence. We will also need access inside the fence on the day of pick up, so that we can hook up the bag.

Remember to get all your rubbish in the bag, don’t overfill or attempt to move your skip bag once it is full, as this could lead to personal injury. Do not place the bin on Council or public property e.g., curb, nature strip, or roadside if it is against Council regulations.
